Arlberger Bergbahnen have installed the first ski pass vending machine

As first ski area in Europe, Arlberger Bergbahnen in St. Anton have installed the new ski pass vending machine developed by Axess.

This vending machine exonerates the point of Sale especially during peak times. Ski passes can be sold round the clock to the guests of St. Anton.

Ski passes are issued by the integrated ticket printer. The visual imprint information is printed using the Thermo Rewrite technology.

This technology enables repeated erasing and printing of Chip Cards, owners of Chip Cards can manually insert their cards and reload ticket types.

The user is guided through a choice of tariffs displayed on a colour monitor.

Cashless payment of the ski passes can be made using ATM-cards or credit cards. Clearing is done via the integrated payment-terminal.

The new ski pass vending machine of Axess is especially designed for modern ticket systems with RFID-Chip Cards.

It is suitable for outdoor and indoor use.
