Axess WEBSHOP provides operators with a ready-to-use online ticketing solution for integration into their own online presence. Axess WEBSHOP is a “fully responsive” and convenient outlet which guests can use to book tickets and services from any end device. It has been developed in-house and is thus perfectly integrated into the Axess system. When guests arrive on site, they are able to convert their voucher into a valid ticket at the cash desk or by using the Axess PICK UP BOX 600 or the Axess Smart TVM. If guests are already regular customers, they may top up their Axess Smart Card via the Axess WEBSHOP using a WTP number.
The Axess WEBSHOP B2C can be integrated and adapted to a company’s own corporate design without incurring any costs for complex design. Guests receive a voucher for tickets they have purchased. They can, of course, easily redeem these themselves on-site at an Axess PICK UP BOX 600 or at an AX500 TVM without having to wait. Regular guests also have the option of reloading their ticket by using a WTP number.
