Axess Americas, The North American division of Team Axess, located in Salzburg Austria, is a worldwide leader of professional access control and ticketing solutions for ski areas, sports venues, amusements parks and fitness clubs, has an immediate opening for an office management position in Park, City Utah for a talented individual who is personable, well organized and highly skilled.


Responsibilities: :

The selected applicant will organize, support and manage our office and warehouse. In addition to office management, this position encompasses a wide variety of tasks and will appeal to someone who likes to juggle many priorities at once in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Specific responsibilities include:

  • General office responsibilities including filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning, and processing incoming shipments.
  • Initiating and maintaining project codes, generating invoices and reports from Quickbooks and managing resulting AR.
  • Coordinating purchases with vendors/HQ and managing resulting AP.
  • Composing, editing and formatting documents, reports and presentations with monthly deadline responsibility.
  • Providing telephone coverage, assisting callers and conveying detailed messages.
  • Preparing time and expense reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Assisting with maintaining general office appearance.
  • Coordinating project shipments. 
  • Assisting colleagues and proactively seeking additional work.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.


Required skills: :

  • 3-5 years of relevant administrative and managerial experience in a professional office environment.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Quickbooks skills.
  • Advanced computer skills in office productivity applications-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities: :

Axess Americas is a leading supplier of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) access control systems. We are looking to expand our team of RFID specialists to support customers in North and South America.
Axess Americas is headquartered in Park City, UT with a satellite office in Tyngsboro, MA.
These are year-round positions.

As member of the Axess Americas’ team, the Support Technician will work closely with Axess Americas staff, Axess Austria staff, and customers of Team Axess.
The position will be an integral part of the Axess Americas’ support division and will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls to the Axess Americas support hotline and answering helpdesk requests via email.

The Support Technician strives to provide the best possible experience for Axess Americas’ customers in need of technical support.
Support will be for Axess hardware and software systems in place at customer sites in North and South America.
Customer sites are primarily ski resorts but may include fitness clubs, recreation centers, water parks, attractions, stadiums or any other industry requiring an access control solution.
The position will use helpdesk software to track and prioritize support requests and will follow Axess Americas’ internal service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure a reasonable resolution is provided to the customer within defined SLA targets.

During normal business hours, the position will be part of a team of staff which shall take turns fielding customer support requests, scheduling system maintenance, troubleshooting Axess hardware and software, sourcing and shipping replacement parts, and providing software support for any Axess native system or Axess interface.
The position will also participate in an on-call rotation to provide weekend and after hours customer support.

Successful applicants will familiarize themselves with the different customer facing Axess applications and interfaces; both onsite (at customer locations) and hosted, in order to be able to provide support to customers who depend on these systems for revenue on.
Additionally, learning the primary modules of the Axess SmartPOS system is a requirement for this role.

The position shall continuously seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience.
This may include sourcing new technology when appropriate, periodically revisiting established processes to evaluate overall effectiveness and ease of use and/or changing product setup.



We are looking for a self-starter with a technical background who enjoys the alpine lifestyle. Occasional travel to ski resorts located in North or South America (approximately 25% of the time) may be required.

We seek bilingual (English/French and English/Spanish) candidates in both of these cities to support our growing customer base.

All applicants must have a valid passport, driver’s license, be at least an intermediate skier or snowboarder and willing to answer support requests from our customers. Ideal candidates are familiar with modern ticketing solutions, know how to provide excellent customer service and have basic IT troubleshooting skills. Axess Americas is willing to train the right individual who is looking for a long-term position in this exciting expanding field.
